Conference registration:
Registration fees for the conference portion only are:
CAPET Members: $275.00
CAPET Non-Members: $310.00
Registration includes:
Conference fee for October 23, 24, and 25th, 3 breakfasts and hospitality night.
Payment:
Payments for the fall conference may be made through the CAPET website by card or you may bring a check to the conference.
Conference registration will close on Monday, October 14th 2024
Refund Policy:
There are NO conference refunds.
50% of registration cost can be credited towards a future conference if cancelled prior to October 1st.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another member within your agency. Please send notification of this transfer to capetboard@gmail.com prior to the start of the conference on October 21st.
Scholarships:
If you are interested in applying for a scholarship for the fall conference, please send your application to capetboard@gmail.com no later than September 30th.

Hotel Registration:
Every conference registrant has to call the Holiday Inn Hotel reservation department at 970-527-1500 or use the below link to make their hotel reservation using CAPET in order to qualify for the special group rate.

Call In: Call our Reservation Line at 970-527-1500, then press 1 for the Front Desk and ask to book the 2024 CAPET Conference and dates of the conference.

Please note, after October 4th all unused rooms will be released from the block. Please make your reservations as soon as possible in order to receive your discounted group rate. receive your discounted group rate.
- Check-in 4pm
- Check-out 11am
- $15 nightly amenity fee is waived, your confirmation will say otherwise, but it’s part of the contract for it to be waived.
- Deluxe rooms have elevator access
- Standard rooms do not have elevator access
- If you are tax exempt please email your certificate to Susan at: SCotton@delawarenorth.com
- Should you need a credit card authorization form because someone else is paying for your room, please email Susan for that form.
Reservations must be received no later than Monday October 4th, 2024 to receive the group rate!
Hotel room rates:
Special rate of $139/night Deluxe Rooms ($417.00 for 3 nights) or $129 Standard room ($387.00 for 3 nights). Room upgrades are at an additional cost. Request upgrade rates from Hotel Staff at time of booking reservation.
Each attendee has to supply their own agency tax-exempt ID upon check-in or pay the extra fees. The tax-exempt form will be emailed to each attendee prior to the conference start date.
Hotel Breakfast
The hotel has a free continental breakfast available to guests. If your guests would rather join us for breakfast they are more than welcome, but must be prepaid for ($24 per breakfast). You can add this to your ticket or contact Sam Stairs to pay for it separately.
