Conference registration:
Registration fees for the conference portion only are:
CAPET Members: $275.00
CAPET Non-Members: $325.00
Registration includes:
Conference fee for October 15, 16, and 17th, 3 breakfasts and hospitality night.
Payment:
Payments for the fall conference may be made through the CAPET website by card or you may bring a check to the conference, if prearranged with Sally Meehan.
Conference registration will close on Friday, October 10th 2025
Refund Policy:
There are NO conference refunds.
50% of registration cost can be credited towards a future conference if cancelled prior to October 1st.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another member within your agency. Please send notification of this transfer to capetboard@gmail.com prior to the start of the conference on October 15th.
Scholarships:
If you are interested in applying for a scholarship for the fall conference, please send your application to capetboard@gmail.com no later than September 1st.

Every conference registrant has to call the Village at Breckenridge and Gravity Haus 855-948-0690 or use the below link to make their hotel reservation using CAPET in order to qualify for the special group rate.

Call In: Call our Reservation Line at 855-948-0690, and ask to book the 2025 CAPET Conference and dates of the conference.
Please note, after September 23rd all unused rooms will be released from the block. Please make your reservations as soon as possible in order to receive your discounted group rate.

- Check-out 11am
- Parking $25 per night - Parking is not included in the registration fee and will be charged at check-out
- Elevator access is available if needed.
- Everyone needs to bring their tax exempt paperwork as needed.
- Should you need a credit card authorization form because someone else is paying for your room, please ask for that when you set up your reservation.
Reservations must be received no later than Tuesday September 23, 2025 to receive the group rate! After that date there is no guarantee for the same rate or room availability.
Hotel room rates:
Special rate of $153/night ($139 + 10% room fee) for all rooms ($459.00 for 3 nights) Room upgrades are at an additional cost based on availability. Request upgrade rates from Hotel Staff at time of booking reservation.

Breakfast is provided for all attendees during conference.
